Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage corporate client relationships to drive B2B business growth.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Present company products/services and prepare business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly business targets and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
