Job Description

Responsible for leading and managing a team of POS to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the direct performance along with POS/Agent, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance products, strong leadership skills, and a track record of achieving sales goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management:Complete the bare minimum income target through self business or POS/Agent Business
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of POS/Agent.
  • Set performance targets and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team dynamics to ensure high morale and productivity.

Sales Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyse sales metrics, adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.

Market Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and improve team performance.

Compliance and Risk Management:


  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes affecting insurance sales.

Training and Development:


  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the self along with POS/Agent.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to provide relevant training and resources.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and underwriting, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and senior management.
