About MatAll
MatAll is transforming the construction and home renovation industry through speed and reliability. As a pioneer in Quick Commerce for building materials, we deliver high-quality construction, interior, and renovation supplies across Gurugram within 60 minutes. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Lead to bridge the gap between our tech-driven platform and the industry professionals who build the world around us.
About The Role
As BDM, you will be the face of MatAll for the professional community. Your mission is to drive growth by onboarding and managing key stakeholders, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Modular Factories. This is a field-heavy role requiring a blend of aggressive lead generation and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers in Design Studios, Architecture firms, and Modular manufacturing units across Gurugram.
· End-to-End Sales: Execute the full sales cycle, from cold calling and initial outreach to site visits and closing deals.
· Strategic Partnerships: Onboard Interior Designers and Architects as repeat partners, ensuring MatAll is their primary source for project materials.
· Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high retention, consistent order volume, and account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
· Field Operations: Conduct daily site visits and in-person meetings to understand project requirements and provide on-spot solutions.
· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local construction trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches within the Gurugram region.
Required Experience & Skills
· Industry Expertise: Proven experience selling specifically to Architects, Interior Designers, Design Studios, or Contractors.
· Sales Background: A track record in Business Development, particularly in building materials, hardware, modular furniture components, or luxury interior finishes.
· Relationship Driven: Strong ability to build rapport with professionals and maintain long-term institutional relationships.
· Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Hindi.
· Grit & Mobility: Must be comfortable with a field-heavy schedule and possess a deep understanding of Gurugram’s geography.
