Café Steward / Barista / Floor Manager

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly team members to manage café service, beverages, customer experience, and gaming floor operations at Dice & Fork.

Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders and serve food & beverages

Prepare coffee, shakes, and café beverages

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, gaming area, and café counters

Guide customers about board games and house rules

Handle customer queries and ensure a welcoming experience

Manage billing and basic cash handling

Supervise floor operations during rush hours

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Ensure proper handling and safety of board game components

Maintain stock and report inventory requirements.

Requirements

Good communication and customer handling skills

Positive attitude and team coordination

Basic knowledge of café operations and beverages

Interest in board games and hospitality is a plus

Ability to handle weekend rush and flexible shifts

Prior café, restaurant, or gaming café experience preferred
