Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities  

1. Manage and supervise a team of approximately 10 Service Engineers.
2. Ensure timely assignment and closure of service calls for washing machines and microwave ovens. 
3. Monitor field activities and provide support to engineers for effective problem resolution. 
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company service standards. 
5. Track engineer productivity, attendance, and performance. 
6. Ensure proper cash collection from customers by engineers and timely deposit of collections into the company account. 
7. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions. 
8. Coordinate with spare parts and logistics teams to ensure availability of required materials. 
9. Maintain daily MIS reports, service call status, pending calls, and collection reports. 
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. 
11. Conduct regular team meetings and provide training and guidance to engineers. 

Required Qualifications  

1. Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred). 
2. 3–7 years of experience in service operations or service centre management.
3. Knowledge of home appliances, especially washing machines and microwave ovens, will be preferred. 
4. Experience in managing field service teams. 
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
