Position: Chief Security Officer (CSO) – Premium High-Rise Residential Complex, Gurugram

Hello We are UFT Ultra Facility management, India’s fastest-growing facility & club-management company, entrusted with the safety of 40 plus residential and commercial complex across pan india. We now need a vigilant, tech-savvy leader to take charge as Chief Security Officer for Gurugram location.

Role Snapshot  

Reporting to the Estate Manager, you will command a 110-member security force (guards, lady searchers, fire marshals and control-room operators) across the site. Your mandate: zero-incident, zero-complaint living 24×7.

Key Deliverables  

• Design & audit SOPs for access control, visitor turnstiles, delivery bay QR coding, courier sanitisation and tenant-verification drives.  

• Conduct daily threat-huddle, weekly fire-evacuation drills and quarterly simulation of terror, earthquake and medical lock-down scenarios; maintain 100 % statutory compliance.  

• Investigate incidents, preserve digital evidence, close cases within TAT.  

• Train guards in soft skills, spoken English, crisis de-escalation and gender-sensitivity; achieve resident satisfaction score ≥92 %.  

• Control cost: optimise guard roster, reduce attrition below 8 %, negotiate vendor AMCs and keep security OPEX within budget.

Must-Haves  

• Minimum 3 years in corporate/residential security leadership.  

• Certified in CSP, CFPS, fire-marshal and first-aid.  

• Proficient in Excel, CAFM, PSIM and visitor-management software.  

• Fluent English & Hindi preferred.  

• Height 5'8"+, medically fit, clean service record.
