Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented Draftsmen (For Office Based) and Civil Engineers (For Site Execution) to handle technical work, transforming design concepts into precise working.
- Education: ITI Draftsman (Civil) / Diploma in Civil / Certified CAD professional.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and working drawings using AutoCAD, 3DS Max will be a plus or relevant drafting software.
- Modify drawings based on inputs from architects and site engineers.
- Maintain and organize digital project blueprints and drawing archives.
- Assist the core design team with documentation and municipal/submission drawings.
- Candidate Profile & Requirements strong understanding of basic construction concepts and reading blueprints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly desirable (essential for the Draftsman role).
- Good communication skills to coordinate between office and site teams.
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and problem-solving attitude.
