JOB PURPOSE

Support resource tracking, quality control, and short-term planning. Act as the link between planning and execution

to ensure daily activities run smoothly and accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resource Tracking

■

Track material consumption versus approved indent

■

Flag shortages before they impact work progress

■ Coordinate daily labour deployment with supervisors

■ Prepare material indents based on weekly plan

Quality Control

■ Set up daily quality checkpoints on site

■ Review completed work against drawings and standards; document any issues

■ Assist Senior Engineer in conducting quality audits

Planning Support

■ Prepare daily task lists for the execution team

■

Track daily progress; report variances to Senior Engineer

■ Update progress in tracking sheets and MIS

■ Billing (Verify): Check DPR/DLR from site supervisors for your activities

■ Verify quantities match actual work done on ground

■ Organise verified data into Excel tracker for Senior Engineer

■ Maintain photo documentation with date stamps

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)

■ No material stockouts affecting work

■ Daily quality checks completed and documented

■ DPR/DLR verification accuracy

■ Progress reporting accuracy and timeliness

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Key Competencies: Resource Tracking | Quality Checking | Excel & MIS | AutoCAD Basics | Drawing Reading |
