Job Description
Job Title: CNC OperatorLocation: Basai Industrial Area, Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines in our manufacturing unit located in Basai Industrial Area, Gurugram. The candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machinery, a strong understanding of technical drawings, and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (Turning/Milling) as per production requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders
- Set up machines, select tools, and adjust machine settings for accurate production
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Required Skills & Qualifications: related field
- Any years of experience as a CNC Operator
- Knowledge of CNC programming basics (Fanuc/Siemens preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
- Basic troubleshooting skills for machine operations
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience in automotive or precision parts manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems
Salary:₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
- Benefits:Overtime pay

- Working Hours:8 hour shifts (Day/Night rotation may apply)
