Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCreate CNC programs independently for various machining operations.
  • Develop programs for tool room jobs, prototypes, fixtures, dies, jigs, and production components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and component specifications.
  • Select suitable cutting tools, machining parameters, and work-holding methods.
  • Set up and optimize CNC machines to achieve required quality and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and modify programs when required.
  • Ensure components are manufactured within specified tolerances.
  • Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.
