Job Description
Hiring experienced Laptop/Desktop Hardware Technician. Must have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, component replacement (RAM, SSD, Battery, Keyboard, Display), Windows installation, software installation, and quality testing.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Computer Hardware Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and testing laptops and desktops. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with computer hardware, software installation, and component replacement.
- Daily Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues.
- Perform complete hardware servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and repair component-level faults.
- Replace faulty components such as:
- RAM
- SSD / HDD
- Battery
- Keyboard
- Display / LCD Panel
- Touchpad
- Motherboard
- Cooling Fan
- DC Jack
- Wi-Fi Card
- CMOS Battery
- Hinges and other internal components
- Install and configure Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Install, update, and configure drivers and application software.
- Perform BIOS configuration and firmware updates.
- Clone and migrate data from HDD to SSD.
- Install antivirus and ensure system security.
- Perform complete quality testing after repair.
- Check system performance, temperatures, battery health, ports, display, keyboard, touchpad, webcam, speakers, microphone, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
- Prepare laptops and desktops for customer delivery.
