Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Hardware Installation & SupportInstall, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops devices at client locations
- Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, motherboard, peripherals)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and system issues
- Handle OS installation (Windows 10/11) and driver configuration
- Identify issues related to motherboard, HDD/SSD, RAM, SMPS, etc.
- Perform basic chip-level or component-level checks
- Visit client sites for installation, maintenance, and support
