Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in content editing, proofreading, and refining materials as needed.
- Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and project progress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking and interacting with clients.
- Ability to understand work requirements and execute tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of content editing and proofreading.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in client coordination or content editing is a plus.
