Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant / Computer Operator to join our team at Loveneet Builders Private Limited. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using a laptop and handling daily administrative office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain organized digital records.
- Perform data entry tasks and update spreadsheets using MS Excel.
- Handle official email communication and basic internet research.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations on the laptop.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using a laptop, MS Office (Word/Excel), Email & Interntet.
- English: Basic English (Ability to read and reply to simple messages/emails).
- Soft Skills: Good communication, punctuality, and attention to detail.
