🚨 URGENT HIRING – (Malayalam / English) 🚨


Position: Contact Center Executive (Voice Process)

📍 Location: Gurgaon 


Eligibility:


Minimum 6 months of Voice Process/BPO experience (Freshers not eligible)

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English (Mandatory)

Versant Score: 5-6 preferred

Immediate Joiners Preferred/ 7 days working with rostered off 


Job Role:


Outbound calling for Customer Activation & Reactivation

Assist customers with onboarding and first transaction

Resolve customer queries while maintaining quality standards
