We're seeking a creative powerhouse to fuel our digital presence with captivating videos and graphics that turn browsers into buyers.

Job Summary

We're hiring a skilled Content Creator to produce high-engagement video content (Reels, Shorts, UGC-style ads) and graphics that showcase our furniture collections. You'll collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create scroll-stopping visuals that highlight product features, customer stories, and lifestyle inspirations—driving traffic, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and optimize short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads, and TikTok, focusing on furniture unboxings, room transformations, and user-generated content styles.
• Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, stories, and static posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to promote products and campaigns.
• Brainstorm content ideas aligned with seasonal trends, festivals (e.g., Diwali decor), and Craftkala's brand voice—elegant, approachable, and aspirational.
• Optimize content for SEO, hashtags, and ad performance using insights from Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with freelancers, models, and the production team for on-location shoots at our Gurgaon facility or customer homes.
• Track content performance (views, engagement, conversions) and iterate based on KPIs like CTR and ROAS.
• Stay updated on AI tools (e.g., for video generation) and UGC trends to keep our feed fresh and viral-ready.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, preferably for e-commerce, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot) and graphic tools (Canva Pro, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, UGC marketing, and ad formats for Meta platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing furniture/product videos, Reels with 10k+ views, or similar high-engagement work (must share links).
• Basic photography/videography skills; access to DSLR/smartphone setup and lighting gear.
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail; Hindi/English bilingual a plus for local campaigns.
• Bonus: Experience with WordPress for website banners or Scal.io for video apps.
