Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef who specializes in preparing North Indian, fast food and Indo-Chinese dishes. The candidate should be efficient in kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and timely service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook North Indian fast food items such as:
• Parathas
• Kathi Rolls
• Desi meals, rajma-rice, chole- rice
• Thali etc.
• Prepare Indo-Chinese dishes such as:
• Noodles
• Momos
• Burger
• Chilli Potato, etc.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Manage food preparation and stock efficiently.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and ensure quick service.
• Follow food safety and kitchen standards.
• RequirementsMinimum [1-3] years of experience as a Chef/Cook in North Indian and Chinese fast food.
• Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in handling commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to create new menu items and improve taste presentation.
• Multi-tasking and time management skills.
