Courier Boy

The Delivery Executive at Blue Dart Express Ltd. is responsible for efficient pickup and delivery of parcels, documents, and shipments while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Pick up shipments from hub/warehouse and deliver to customers on time
• Plan routes efficiently using navigation tools to ensure timely delivery
• Verify shipment details (address, contact, COD amount if applicable)
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and update records
• Obtain customer signatures or digital proof of delivery
• Handle parcels safely to avoid damage or loss
• Maintain daily delivery reports and logs
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and traffic regulations
• Report delays, issues, or failed deliveries to the supervisor
• Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Valid driving license (2-wheeler mandatory; own vehicle preferred)
• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas
• Familiarity with smartphones and delivery apps
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to work in field conditions
• Preferred Skills:Experience in courier/logistics (especially with reputed companies)
• Time management and punctuality
• Ability to handle workload under pressure
