Job Description


The role involves handling customer service and support for both domestic and international customers across multiple channels such as phone, chat, and email. In addition to resolving queries, the candidate will also be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of customer interactions with professionalism
  • Handle customer queries related to products/services (technical & non-technical)
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide support through calls, chat, and email
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote products/services to customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities


Role Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of customer service processes and tools
  • Good communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred)
  • Ability to handle both support and sales conversations effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision
