Job Description:
The Customer Care Executive will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver consistent service support across phone, email, and messaging channels. The role requires accurate communication, adherence to company guidelines, and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Log complaints, track issues, and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or service requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures for communication and issue handling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Provide feedback to improve service processes.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
• Preferably 0–2 years of experience in customer support.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
