Job Title: International Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Overview:


IGT Solutions is hiring for an International Customer Support Executive role for the Expedia process. This is a voice-based profile where candidates will handle international customer queries and provide excellent service support.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls

Resolve customer queries related to travel services

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Follow company guidelines and compliance policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Good communication skills in English

Experience in international voice process preferred
