Customer Care Executive - Bengali

Responsibilities

1. Understand Customer needs.

2. Meet KPIs and KRAs.

3. Handle customer inquiries and provide products information.

4. Customer handling.

Prerequisites

1. Education: Graduate.
2. Experience: Freshers can apply .
3. Language Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English.
4. Working Days: 6 days a week
5. Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift for Male Candidates and any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM for Female Candidates.
6. Work Location: 96-97, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Sector 18, Gurgaon, Haryana.

1. HR Round
2. Operations Round
3. Virtual Assessment

Compensation:

1. INR 19,000 CTC per month.
2. INR 1,500 bonus upon successful completion of training (30 days) (one-time bonus).
3. INR 1,500 bonus after completing 60 days on the production floor (one-time bonus).
4. Opportunity to earn additional incentives ranging from INR 2,000 to INR 7,000 (post-training), based on attendance and performance.
