Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location:
Go-work Gurgaon sector 20 phase 1
Experience Required:
0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem-solving.
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Active listening and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Qualification:
Graduate (Any stream).
Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support is a plus.
Salary: 18k to upto 24k
As per company standards + Incentives (if applicable)
