Customer Service Executive
*Location:* Gurgaon (Onsite)
*Workdays:* 6 days/week (Rotational weekly off)
*Shift:* Day shift for Girls | Rotational shift for Boys
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Engage with clients & understand their needs
* Build & maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
*Requirements:*
* Graduate (mandatory)
* Excellent English communication
* 1 year BPO experience on paper
* Strong knowledge of customer service
