Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Domestic Process)📍 Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon

🧾 Job Description:We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a premium wine bar company based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing reservations, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

  • 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound customer calls (Domestic Process)
  • Assist customers with reservations, orders, and general inquiries
  • Provide information about menu, offers, and services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (floor staff / management) for smooth service
  • ✅ Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
  • Customer handling / hospitality experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in evening / night shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)
  • Positive attitude & customer-first approach
