💼 Role: Customer Service Executive
- 💰 Salary Details:CTC: ₹26,000
- In-hand: ₹22,000
- Salary Growth: ₹28,000 after 6 months (based on performance)
- 👤 Eligibility Criteria:Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience required
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good customer handling skills
- 🕒 Shift Details:Boys: Rotational Shift
- Girls: Day Shift
- 📌 Job Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Follow company processes and guidelines
