Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our voice process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. Candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle calls efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain call records and follow standard procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective support
- Escalate issues to the concerned team when required
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Have voice process experience
- Ability to work in rotational shifts , Rotational Off, and 6 Days working
