📍 Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
💼 Role: Customer Support & Sales Associate
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with product and service-related information.
- Generate leads and support sales activities (as per process).
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Eligibility Criteria:Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply (depending on the process).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in Customer Support or Sales is an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs (as per process).
- Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment (for sales profiles).
💰 Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹28,000 CTC (Depends on Process, Experience & Interview)
