Job Description
Hiring: Customer Support Executive – PhonePe Process Gurgaon Location
Location: Gurgaon sec 18
Work Mode: Work From Office
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Deliver excellent customer service over calls.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent English Communication Skills (B2 Level)
Customer Service experience preferred
Insurance background is an added advantage
Comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary:
Freshers: ₹24,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)
Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 10%
Additional Information:
6 Days Working
Rotational Week Offs
Female employees' last shift will end by 8:00 PM
