Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. This role is highly execution-focused — managing orders, coordinating with groomers, solving real-time issues, and making sure customers have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily service bookings and ensure timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with groomers/service partners for scheduling and routing
• Handle customer communication before, during, and after services
• Resolve operational issues quickly (delays, cancellations, no-shows, etc.)
• Track order status and maintain accurate data
• Work on improving turnaround time and service quality
• Collect feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support onboarding of new service partners when required

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or similar roles
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems in real-time
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with calling, coordination, and follow-ups
• Hustler mindset — things will go wrong, and you’ll be expected to fix them

Work Details

• Shift is dynamic based on workload (operations-driven role)
• Most days will start early, typically around 8:00 AM
• Work hours may extend depending on order volume and operational needs
• 6–7 days working (weekly off on rotation)
• Fully on-site role in Sector 55, Gurugram
