Job Description


  • Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveCompany: Healthians (Expedient Healthcare Marketing Pvt. Ltd.)
  • Location: Gurugram On Site
  • Shifts: Rotational (Includes early morning shifts)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months

Role OverviewAct as the primary point of contact for patients. Manage the end-to-end customer journey from answering test queries and coordinating home sample collections to resolving issues regarding report deliveries.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails regarding health packages, pricing, and report statuses.
  • Pre-Test Guidance: Educate patients on necessary medical protocols (e.g., fasting requirements).
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the phlebotomist network to ensure timely home sample collection and handle real-time delays.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage complaints regarding delayed reports, billing, or phlebotomist behavior with empathy and speed.
  • CRM Logging: Document all interactions and ticket statuses accurately in the internal database.
  • Qualifications & SkillsEducation: 12th Pass or Graduate (Healthcare/Life Sciences background is a plus).
  • Languages: Fluent Hindi and strong conversational English.
  • Traits: High empathy, patience with anxious patients, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Tech: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
