Job Description
- Outbound & Inbound Calls
- Contact customers with pending dues via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle inbound queries related to payments and billing.
- Debt Recovery
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers.
- Convince customers to clear outstanding balances.
- Account Handling
- Review customer accounts and payment history.
- Update records in CRM systems after each interaction.
- Follow-ups
- Schedule and perform regular follow-ups on overdue accounts.
- Ensure commitments are honored.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Follow legal guidelines and company policies for collections.
- Maintain proper documentation of all interactions.
- Dispute Resolution
Address billing disputes and escalate when needed
