Job Description
Field Executive / Field Boy – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Field Executive for our Printer Rental & AMC Service Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites where our AMC / Printer Rental services are active.
- Collect printer cartridges, spare parts, and other materials from client locations and deliver them to our office/service centre.
- Collect cheques and payments from clients as instructed.
- Deliver bills, invoices, documents, and service-related papers to clients.
- Coordinate with our service team and clients for the smooth movement of printers, cartridges, and spare parts.
- Handle field-related work such as material pickup, delivery, document collection, and client coordination.
- Maintain proper records of all materials and documents collected or delivered.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of company materials.
Requirements:
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Delhi/NCR routes.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Previous experience in field work, courier, printer service, or office support will be an advantage.
