Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up parcels from the assigned Delhivery hub.
- Deliver shipments to customers within the assigned route and time.
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage.
- Collect OTP, digital signature, or Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required and deposit them as per company process.
- Update delivery status using the Delhivery mobile app.
- Maintain professional behavior and provide good customer service.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
