Delivery Boy Biker

Looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Pickup & Delivery Executive to collect and deliver garments from customers' homes, offices, and partner locations. The candidate should ensure timely service, proper handling of garments, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick up clothes from customers as per assigned schedule.
2. Deliver processed garments safely and on time.
3. Verify garment count and order details during pickup and delivery.
4. Collect payments (cash, UPI, card, etc.) when required.
5. Maintain proper records of pickups and deliveries using the mobile app or register.
6. Coordinate with the store/workshop team regarding customer orders.
7. Handle garments carefully to avoid damage or loss.
8. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
9. Promote Dryoxy services and offers to customers.

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
2. Valid driving license (for bike riders).
3. Own smartphone.
4. Basic knowledge of Google Maps and WhatsApp.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.
7. Prior delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
