• Minimum Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant technical field (Or 12th Pass with strong experience)
• Total Experience: 1 to 3 years in electronics/device repair.
• Gender Preference: All genders welcome
• English Level: No English / Basic English is fine
• Skills Required:
• Component-level troubleshooting
• Solder & Desolder techniques
• Firmware flashing / Re-flashing
• Smartphone/IoT teardown

4. Job Description & Responsibilities

• We are looking for a fast-paced, high-volume IOT, Tracking Devices and Electronics Repair Technician who can hit targets and maximize their earnings through our aggressive incentive structure.

What you will do daily:

• Teardown & Open: Safely open various smart home IoT devices and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose & Troubleshoot: Check circuit boards, locate faults, and track hardware defects quickly.
• Flash & Repair: Perform software/firmware flashing and repair/replace micro components.
• Hit Daily Targets: Maintain speed and accuracy to process high volumes of devices daily.
