Digital Marketing Executive

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Execute SEO tasks — keyword research, on-page updates, Google My Business management
• Assist in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and monitoring
• Use AI tools daily for content writing, captions, ad copy, and creative briefs
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives using Canva and AI design tools
• Maintain campaign reports and update CRM entries
• Follow structured SOPs for every client campaign — no guesswork

Digital Marketing Skills Required (Any 2 Minimum)

• Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Business Suite
• Google Ads basics (Search / Display)
• SEO — on-page, GMB, keyword research
• Social media content management
• Google Analytics 4 / basic reporting

AI Skills — Mandatory for All Applicants (Including Freshers)

• ChatGPT / Claude — content writing, captions, ad copy, email drafts
• Canva AI — design generation and creative variations
• Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot — research, briefs, reporting
• Basic awareness of AI image tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
• Ability to write clear prompts to get useful output (basic prompt engineering)
• Openness to learn new AI tools as our stack grows

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior internship or freelance digital marketing experience
• WhatsApp Business API or automation tool awareness
• Experience with any CRM or project management tool
