Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to improve online visibility and generate quality business leads.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, banners, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Perform on-page.
• Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Generate and nurture quality leads through digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams for campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Requirements2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Skills Experience with WordPress or other platforms.
• Knowledge of remarketing campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Experience in B2B or manufacturing industry marketing is preferred.
