Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage paid search marketing (SEM) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to improve RoAS.
• Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other metrics platforms.
• Generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition, ensuring high-quality leads are nurtured through the marketing funnel to increase conversions.
• Work closely with sales, product, design, and other teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and enhance customer experience.
• Continuously research and adopt the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
• You bring a bonus if you also manage search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic rankings 

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and SEM strategies for driving organic and paid traffic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make decisions based on performance metrics.
• Ability to think creatively while executing effective strategies that align with business goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
