Job Description

  • Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills (if applicable).
  • Ensure timely dispatch of products/materials as per delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and courier partners for smooth deliveries.
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Verify dispatched materials against orders and invoices.
  • Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement records, and logistics reports.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
  • Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of dispatch-related records.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports using Excel or ERP software.
