Job Description
Kindly note morning job from 4AM to 11AM
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize daily dispatch activities, including assigning tasks to team members and ensuring work is completed on time and efficiently;
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and job satisfaction;
- Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage dispatch operations;
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities, including scheduling and tracking of deliveries and pickups;
- Work collaboratively with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service;
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in dispatch operations.
