E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and creative individual to manage our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products on Amazon and Shopify, managing online store sales, creating basic designs using Canva, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our online business.

Freshers and college students with the right skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload product listings on Amazon and Shopify.
• Write product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and upload images.
• Update pricing, inventory, product variants, and stock status.
• Manage and maintain the Shopify website.
• Monitor Amazon seller account performance and product listings.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order-related issues.
• Track daily sales and prepare basic sales reports.
• Design banners, social media posts, product images, and promotional creatives using Canva.
• Update website banners and promotional content.
• Assist in launching new products and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and optimized for better sales.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Basic understanding of Shopify.
• Canva designing skills.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
• Experience with Amazon PPC.
• Basic Photoshop or graphic designing skills.
• Experience with Meta or Google Ads.
• Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces like Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
