Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and target-driven Education Consultant to guide students who wish to study abroad. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, generating admissions, and converting inquiries into enrollments for MBBS and higher education programs in countries such as Malta, Singapore, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other European countries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact fresh leads and existing inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
• Understand students' academic background, budget, career goals, and preferred destination.
• Counsel students and parents about MBBS, Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma, and other study programs abroad.
• Explain university options, tuition fees, scholarships, living costs, visa process, and career opportunities.
• Recommend the most suitable country and university based on the student's profile.
• Convince and convert prospective students into admissions.
• Handle the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Assist students in document collection, application submission, offer letters, visa filing, and pre-departure guidance.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and update daily follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with universities and international partners for application processing.
• Attend education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events when required.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and counseling skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to convince students and parents confidently.
• Good understanding of overseas education and visa processes.
• Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Preferred Experience1–5 years of experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Immigration, or Education Sales.
• Experience in MBBS admissions will be an added advantage.
