Field Engineer – Broadband & Fiber Network Company: NM Paribas Pvt Ltd
Location: Gurugram / NCR

About the Role NM Paribas Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and dedicated Field Engineer with hands-on experience in broadband and fiber internet services. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities related to fiber optic and broadband connections across assigned locations.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of fiber network operations along with the ability to manage field activities efficiently and professionally.
- Key Responsibilities Installation and activation of new broadband and fiber internet connections
- Fiber cable laying and route management at customer locations
- Port configuration and activation during installations
- Router configuration and internet setup
- Troubleshooting network, connectivity, and internet-related issues
- Handling maintenance and repair work for existing connections
- Coordinating with technical and NOC teams for issue resolution
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned field tasks and service requests
- Visiting client sites for installation, maintenance, and technical support
- Maintaining proper service quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Required Skills & Experience Prior experience in Broadband / Wi-Fi / Fiber Internet operations
- Strong understanding of FTTH and fiber network infrastructure
- Practical knowledge of:
- Fiber cable laying
- Broadband installation
- Port activation
- Router configuration
- Network troubleshooting
- Basic fiber handling and maintenance
- Ability to work independently in field operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of relevant field experience preferred
- Candidate must own a bike for field visits
- Valid driving license preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Working Days & Timings Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
