Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Investigation Executive to handle on-ground 

verification of health insurance claims. The role involves visiting hospitals, collecting information, and 

identifying discrepancies or fraudulent activities in claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations for health insurance claim cases 

• Visit hospitals/clinics to collect medical records and verify treatment details 

• Interact with claimants, doctors, and hospital staff to gather statements 

• Verify admission, treatment, billing, and discharge details on-site 

• Collect supporting evidence such as photographs, documents, and statements 

• Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports within defined timelines (TAT) 

• Identify suspicious or fraudulent claim activities 

• Coordinate with internal teams for updates and reportin
