Job Description
Role Objective
To drive brand visibility and lead generation through aggressive on-ground marketing activations and territory
management.
Key Responsibilities
● On-Ground Activations: Execute marketing campaigns in residential societies, corporate hubs, and
high-footfall markets.
● Lead Generation: Capture and qualify potential customer leads through direct interaction and product
demonstrations.
● B2B Tie-ups: Establish local partnerships and branding opportunities within the assigned territory.
● Reporting: Track daily field activities and ROI using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
● Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on local market trends.
Requirements
● Education: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales preferred).
● Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and local geography knowledge.
● Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
● Language: Proficiency in English and the local language (Kannada for Bangalore; Hindi for NCR).
