Responsible for handling and ensuring smooth operations at around 30-40 client sites (~100-120 security personnel).Maintenance of daily attendance of guards at all sites. Ensuring 100% site fulfilment with assistance from Recruitment office. Listening and resolving guards issues / grievances on a real time basis.
