Job Description
Field Sales Executive – SHOPS Business Onboarding
Job Role
Visit nearby markets and onboard shops/businesses to our platform. You may work alone or with a partner.
Training will be Provided
Before starting field work, you will learn:
1. Product Training
- How to use the product (Demo Account)
- Customer registration
- Store creation
- Product addition
2. Sales Script Training
- Script document
- Audio training material
3. Map App Training
- View assigned locations
- Add "Go To" markers
- Mark covered areas
Daily Responsibilities
- Plan market visits and add location markers
- Visit assigned markets
- Meet business owners and explain the product
- Onboard customers as per your target
Reporting
Daily and monthly work reports, performance reports, and payment reports will be shared via WhatsApp by your Team Leader.
Team Structure
You will be part of a team of around 40 Field Sales Executives led by a Team Manager.
