Field Executive – Gurgaon

Company: BatterySmart

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Expansion Field Executive at BatterySmart. The Field Executive will be responsible for:

Managing and expanding the battery swapping network

Identifying and onboarding new swapping station partners

Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners

Ensuring smooth operational efficiency at swap stations

Supporting day-to-day field operations

Driving customer satisfaction through effective coordination

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2 to 3 years ( Telecom or Fmcg preferred)

Location: Gurgaon 

Role Type: Field-based (On-site)

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹24000 per month

Additional: Travel Allowance (TA)
