Job Description

Job Title: Field Manager (Collection & Sales)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle debt collection and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
  • Perform regular payment follow-ups with clients (field visits + calls)
  • Manage material recovery from sites/customers when required
  • Generate field sales and bring in new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and secure B2B orders from contractors, builders, and companies
  • Maintain proper records of visits, collections, and client interactions
  • Requirements:Driving License is mandatory (2-wheeler preferred)
  • Prior experience in field work / collections / sales will be preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of construction/scaffolding industry is a plus

Working Details:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)
